This is a small subdivision consisting of 47 Lots constructed behind Styx Mill Country Estates. Marble Court consisted of a residential subdivision totalling 44 fully serviced Lots. To complete the low lying subdivision 14,000m3 of imported fill material was required along with 1,500m of drainage, 1,000m of kerbing and 3000m2 of new asphalt carriageway.
