The biggest component of creating a safe work environment is our people. We foster a workplace where people care about each other. Where they’re not afraid to speak up if they think something is wrong and potentially puts their safety at risk.
We proactively communicate with our people and conduct training programs that address different hazards faced in our various work environments. Health and safety is always at the top of our to-do list - both at work and at home. It always comes first.
