Styx Mill is a unique subdivision located on Husseys Rd at the back of Northwood. The subdivision includes 2 gated communities and an onsite country club available to all residents.
Styx Mill will be completed in 3 stages. There will be a total of 204 fully-developed home sites at Styx Mill as well as 86 Villas. Section sizes range between 450m2 and 1,018m2 for homes, and 204m2 to 368m2 for Villas.
This subdivision was completed in 2005. It is unique because each property owner has a share in the Country Club and its facilities.
